Rodman Energy assists private energy companies in attracting start-up or growth capital at both corporate and project levels; takes energy companies public through IPOs, SPACs or CAPs; and structures private placements for energy companies already listed on virtually any exchange in the world.
For the larger and more liquid public energy companies, the firm’s unrivaled expertise in PIPEs provides an efficient and attractive financing option. Rodman Energy has access to energy analysts within Rodman & Renshaw and can arrange for non-deal road shows to introduce companies to the energy investing communities in the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
Rodman Energy also manages the Energy Track at Rodman’s semi-annual investor conferences, to be held
in November 2008 in New York and May 2009 in Rome.
